Contract Conditions

1. Contracting Parties

This contract is concluded between Lodge S.L (hereinafter, "the Provider"), with address at Carrer Major de la Colònia, Colònia de Sant Pere, Mallorca, and the user who contracts the service (hereinafter, "the Client"), identified through the data provided during the registration process.

2. Object of the contract

The Provider makes access to the platform available to the Client LogIA, a technological platform service for managing compliance with the Food Loss and Waste Prevention Law (Law 7/2022 and Law 1/2026), including the automated generation of prevention plans, surplus management and associated legal documentation.

3. Billing and payment

Billing is monthly by direct debit to the Client's card or bank account, taking place at the beginning of each period. In case of non-payment:

  • A late payment interest of 10% will be applied to the overdue amount
  • The Provider may suspend access to the service after 7 days of non-payment
  • After 60 days, the Provider may terminate the contract and claim the debt

4. Duration and resolution

The contract is of indefinite duration, renewing automatically each month. The Client can cancel their subscription at any time from their client area, without penalty. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Obligations of the Client

  • Provide accurate and updated information during registration
  • Do not give or share access credentials to third parties
  • Use the service in accordance with current legislation and these conditions
  • Report any unauthorized use of your account

6. Service Level (SLA)

The Provider guarantees a service availability of 97% monthly, excluding maintenance scheduled with prior notice. Incidents can be reported to [email protected] or by phone +34 722 747 280.

7. Limitation of liability

LogIA is a regulatory compliance support tool. The Client is solely responsible for complying with the legislation applicable to its business. The Provider does not guarantee that the use of the platform exempts the Client from administrative sanctions in any specific case.

8. Data protection

The processing of the Client's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of Logia S.L, in accordance with the RGPD and the LOPDGDD.

9. Applicable legislation and conflict resolution

These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Mallorca. For complaints, the Client can contact [email protected].
