Food Handler

Mandatory training for all food handlers in accordance with Spanish and European regulations. Covers personal hygiene, safe temperatures, cross-contamination, traceability, and best practices. Delivered by LogIA’s Quality Department in accordance with Royal Decree 109/2010 (specialized external company). Upon passing the test (≥70%), a certificate with an SHA-256 hash is automatically generated, valid for inspections.
